What's claimed in the link you provided I do not know (I don't have unlimited time to read and examine everything that I'd like to), but unfortunately there's often a seed, or an entire orchard of replacement theology. Or just plain sketchy interpretations that come from somewhere.
Enough across the board, that the whole concept has become tainted and generally rejected outright, even when truth is revealed in plain sight in real-time, "Ahas-Я-US" epiphany-style.
That said, I'll offer that in the verifiable Historical Documents that everyone knows from their own lifetimes, the message is that "no one is getting replaced."
You can watch that in the place where the two Sabras are together on one thorny bush in the desert. It's quite the ground-level view!

I am reminded of the annual searches for the spirit of Houdini (a Jewish soul). Nobody is ever able to make contact with his spirit, despite the annual Halloween séances, even with all of the incantations and mystical woo-woo.
Houdini was keen to expose the frauds, so this comes as no surprise. They are all doing it wrong because they are not serious people.
In the true spirit of Houdini -- who insisted that his work was accomplished by natural means (unlike the self-anointed mediums who claimed to have special powers) -- this is quite doable. Already done, in fact.
