Epstein was working for somebody because he wasn’t in the class of wealth, assuming that he had any real substantial wealth of his own, to set up his operation.
You’re right we can’t say that who it was that set it up, but I’m sure we will eventually find out. The consensus, barring evidence otherwise, points to Israel as a likely government. But we know that Trump was told that he wasn’t working for the US.

I do not have an issue with Torah observant Jews or even truly secular ones. They are not the problem. You will never hear me criticize Torah observant or truly secular Jews.

I think what isn’t understood by some is that not everybody who is born a Jew is loyal to Judaism. They believe that secular Jews are as above approach as the Torah observant because their eschatological understanding is that the Messiah will reign in Israel. Nobody in the world has the assets to set up an operation like Epstein’s, except government. Only government has the interest in compromising prominent people to the level it did.
