Laws are for Republicans, not Democrats.

"Biden’s Executive Order on Voting May Violate Hatch Act, Critics Warn"

The Republican members of the Uniparty will do nothing about it.

They intend on staying in power indefinitely.

The Republican members of the Uniparty will do nothing about it.

The GOP will either mouth something that makes them appear opposed, or just sit on their hands. That's what the GOP does best.

They intend on staying in power permanently................

I’m sure Garland, who is excited about stuffing handfuls of ballots, will get right on that hatch thingy.

The 2024 presidential election will be a repeat of the 2020 election. If our presidential elections were FAIR and without THEFT, there is NO WAY the DemonRat party would allow Joe Biden to run again. There is NO WAY he would run again, UNOPPOSED, had it NOT ALREADY BEEN PLANNED THAT THE RATS WOULD STEAL IT AGAIN IN '24.

Might as well mentally prepare yourselves for this inevitability.

Have to agree with your skepticism of ‘free and fair’ elections.

I hate to say it but you make a lot of sense. The part about running pervert Joe is very true.

Defund the fed. Let them pay themselves to work not for US
2020! Was a insurrection alright by our government against President Trump president then and still is now officially.
No more soup for the weak complacent R party till they correct what they have let slide and punish to deter with prejudice.

The overthrow of the Republic is almost complete…just a little housekeeping left to do.

Thank you, and FURTHERMORE:

WHY is Joe Biden running UNOPPOSED by any other DemonRat candidate, with JFK Jr. being SILENCED by the media industrial complex?

Because TEAM OBAMA wants their FOURTH TERM with Biden as their BLACKMAILED PUPPET and cannot risk it by having any other DemonRat candidate pose a threat to his candidacy.

I’m a federal employee and familiar with the Hatch Act. We’ve gotten 4 hours of admin leave on Election Day for years. I honestly don’t see any Hatch Act violations here, if “poll working” is done while on leave. Remember federal employees have rights too—if on admin leave, that’s not duty status and we are free to volunteer, put signs on our lawns, make GOTV calls. . .pretty much anything but host a fundraiser in our homes or put bumper stickers on gov’t cars or engage in partisan activity while on duty, actually.

I used to work at a Navy Base in Panama City, FL.

A woman there was fired over Hatch Act violations for standing on the sidewalk outside the base Main Gate, Before Work, waving a political poster for Ross Perot in 1992..........

This bimbette, Kiran Ahuja, claims more and more private sector companies are giving time off to vote. I’d like her to name two of them.

When the hell was the last time a politician was arrested and convicted for violating the Hatch Act?

It is like the Logan Act in that respect. Nobody is ever convicted of violating it, but it is convenient when they need to slap something quickly on someone they wish to smear without facts.

Such as General Michael Flynn in late 2016-early 2017, suggested by none other than Biden himself at a top level meeting: LINK: Flynn’s prosecution: The more we learn, the worse it seems

If you have enough laws on the books (as we do) that are generally not enforced, those laws may be selectively enforced when there is a reason the Left needs to engage in Government Lawfare to attack their political opponents.

I don't believe this would be in that category. I don't know enough about the Hatch Act, but I don't doubt Leftists would violate it with impunity, daring anyone to levy charges against them, and bringing the full weight of the charges down on the accuser.
