Why didn’t Trump deport the millions of illegals who have come in under Biden? I don’t know. That’s a tough one. Maybe it was because they weren’t here at the time. In the mean time he DID deport people, with a particular focus on gang members. He also slowed the flow of new illegals to a trickle.
