DeSantis: "Just Absurd" For Ramaswamy To Say Other Candidates Are "Complicit" In Lawfare Against Donald Trump By Not Withdrawing

Gov. Ron DeSantis responded to Vivek Ramaswamy saying he would be "complicit" in lawfare against the Trump campaign by remaining in primary contests that ban the former president and a new attack ad from the Haley campaign

RON DESANTIS: Just absurd. I mean, I have a responsibility to accumulate delegates. I'm not gonna unilaterally cede any, I'm gonna win as many as I can, and I've been very clear about both of those decisions in those states. It's not consistent with the Constitution. I do expect them to get reversed.

(LAURA INGRAHAM:)Nikki Haley super PAC has an ad out that claims that you are, "Phony, too lame to lead and too weak to win" and that you're pro-China.

Ramaswamy has a couple of major problems: That double-edged sword of lack of experience in the mechanisms of government, and his youth with his style of speaking mainly to young people.

Sometimes I wonder if Trump hired him for that job.

"...The Trump-Ramaswamy relationship dates back to 2021, after Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner arranged a dinner to introduce them, according to people familiar with the meeting..."

It’s not like Trump doesn’t have some major failings, which are aside from the mean-tweet thing. While we got some big accomplishments, we also got a failure on quite a number of promises - most especially in “draining the swamp”, not to mention the long delay in getting to the wall.

One can argue that these failures were in being unprepared for just how entrenched the bureaucracy was and how uncooperative many of his ‘allies’ were, but while his ineffectuality in some of the areas might be explainable, there are also arguments to be made that others might be better at doing what Trump said he was trying to do, going forward.

One can still agree with his goals, while seeing the possibility for different ways of reaching them.

No republican has the mandate to do unto them as they have done unto Trump, but Trump.

Trump gets this mandate from his voters..

DeSantis thought he could oust Trump from day 1.

*** Vivek is correct. DeSantis is complicit.***

I know some on here love DeSantis.. He has changed my mind on who he is. He was trying for top position and didn’t care who he swiped on the way.

Trump has been treated so badly by all except MAGA.. I will say again.. For the present time.. Trump has to win or we lose our country.. Period!!!

He has a good life.. He volunteered and they came after him.. Why just him??.
You anti Trump people had better do a good soul searching.. Why are they after Trump?
We are in a war.. America VS globalism
Freedom VS control.. Constitution, Republic VS democracy, rulers

Globalism and open borders.. Paying them to come.. It was called Treason this morning on TV..
They who let this happen.. Will be held accountable.. If you wonder.. You don’t live on the border.. It’s a war zone for them..

God help us.. The evil running rampant is hell in darkness, hovering over this nation

Those in the Treason category don’t care if you and yours are bothered by terrorists and China having access to everything we held sacred.

That makes some sense. It is, however, not the only mandate available, even in just the area of prosecuting the abuse of the DoJ and FBI.

The real mandate is to obliterate the Deep State..

And that isn’t something the Republican party really wants..

They’re co owners...

Right. The mandate for vengeance upon those who abused the system to disrupt his Presidency and abuse the law to attack him would belong to Trump. The mandate to “obliterate the Deep State”, would not belong only to Trump.

Republicans have a history of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

So you are saying that if, for some reason someone else other than Trump is elected to the Presidency after having campaigned on “obliterating the Deep State”, that they would not have a mandate to do so? That seems a very odd claim.

Vivek is more than a suckup, he is in the race to disrupt other candidates’ campaigns for Trump. It will be interesting to see what the pay off is if Trump should win the general.

It’s my impression that Vivek enjoys campaigning, unlike most of the other candidates. This primary season would have been very dull without him.

That’s not odd.

That’s a short history lesson of Swamp era Bush-Clinton-Bush-Obama era that birthed the Anti MAGA scum in both R and D Swamp teams..

That era didn’t stop.
They were involved from Steele Dossier till today..

That era was bipartisan..
And that era has shown itself to be Swamp First and Anti MAGA.

Bush,Dole,Bush,McCain,Romney, Trump.
Only one of those R team Presidential timber was even remotely considered pro Trump and MAGA..

Your R team hasn’t been sending America First people.

Trump infiltrated the swamp from within the Swamp R team, a team you apparently believe is capable of destroying what they helped fill...

MAGA voters see the swamp and Deep State as bipartisan..

Your mileage can vary..

Lawfare will be used on any politician that tries to reverse America’s decline. DeSantis is obviously not a threat. If he were a threat he would be under constant attack like Trump and the many other high profile people that have gotten in their way.

Question is, why would I bother voting for a candidate that will do what all the other cowed republicans do, NOTHING!
