If I won a billion dollars in the lottery I’d buy a small condo/coop on the Upper West Side of Manhattan for an occasional weekend away...but nothing more. I could live in the Connecticut,or New Jersey,suburbs of NYC but never anywhere in the State of New York.

i have been to the Upper West Side. If i won a billion dollar lottery, buying something there would never occur to me in my worst indigestion dream.
