Kids don’t have credit cards.
Hopefully a kid won’t be able to convince their parent to pay for a VPN without an explanation of why they need one.

No credit card needed. When my son was 15, he took his allowance, went to Walmart, bought a gift card, and then used it to pay for a VPN. Piece of cake and nobody the wiser.
What this will end up doing is creating a new business for ID verification companies and, from the looks of Pornhub, they're already doing it. Porn will keep flowing, money will change hands, and the trafficking and abuse will continue.
