I’d rather have some freako sitting in his basement looking at that crap than prowling around looking in windows and worse. Putting it on a private computer screen is far preferable to those seedy, smelly bookstores that attracted undesirables to the edge of neighborhoods in the old days.
But the right censors just like the left does, then they complain when there’s nothing but gay and TG stuff on the rampage. I’m not sure I ever had a discussion with my girls about it, because girls usually aren’t particularly visually interested, but I have with my sons and grandsons, and it’s always better to give them a choice rather than have them seek out this stuff in rebellion.
It’s not an either/or situation.
We don’t to have production and sale of porn to keep sexual predators from doing harm. There is no evidence for that nor does it make any logical sense.
