The networks themselves do not have a single broadcast license, other than in wholly owned stations (and there’s less than 10 or so of those, IIRC). The individual stations and affiliates have separate broadcast licenses, one per station.

So, basically, they don’t *have* a license to lose.

Fair point—any outlet that broadcasts their tripe should have their license revoked.

The network broadcasts—whoever distributes them—are enemy action at this point.
