It was telling the survey what actions they had taken, not what they have.
It was just general questions such as have they done an evacuation plan, safeguarded documents, assembled or updated supplies, tested family communication plan, signed up for alerts.

Same as my answer on if I own guns, raise a garden, who I vote for, ethnic background, where I go to church....
None of the government's business and letting perfect strangers have access to that information is unwise.
