DES MOINES, Iowa — There's less than three weeks until the Iowa caucuses, and GOP presidential candidates are blitzing through Iowa.
Recently, Ron DeSantis made multiple stops across the state and brought along some Iowa leaders who have endorsed him. So far, DeSantis has completed a 99-county tour, also known as a full Grassley, and has made more than 154 stops across Iowa.
His campaign tells Iowa's News Now he's garnered support from more than 30,000 Iowans who plan to caucus for him. They have more than 1,000 caucus captains who will be speaking in favor of him at precincts on caucus night.
January 10th, DeSantis will be on the CNN debate stage in Iowa which is being held at Drake University. He hopes his message will resonate with younger voters.
We also have a very good message about reversing the trajectory of the country so young people can get ahead," DeSantis told Iowa's News Now. "Cause right now it's prohibitive to be able to afford a home, to be able to raise a family. We can't succeed as a country if people, young people that are working hard aren't able to get ahead. So we will fix that when I'm president.
DeSantis is still calling on frontrunner Donald Trump to participate in the debate. However, Trump is unlikely to attend since he hasn't participated in a single debate.

The only way Trump is removed from the picture is if he removes himself or God removes him.
The first is unlikely to happen. The second, is up to God.
As I've said elsewhere, Trump isn't going to drop out of the race voluntarily. Particularly, as he's now the far and away front runner.
Will God remove him? Well, Trump is 76, overweight, and subsides on a diet of McDonald's and stress. But I'm not going to make this bet. In fact, I'd make the bet that Donald Trump will celebrate his 90th birthday.

DeSantis should get an empty chair sort of like Clint Eastwood did at a republican convention years ago.
He should say he’ll be there and have a chair for Trump. Then ask the empty chair a lot of why questions.
He should stomp his little feet and DEMAND that Trump appear with him!

A call should probably come with a carrot. I loae in Iowa and you’ve debated mw, I’ll drop out and endorse you. May not be enough now but with no upside why should Trump?
If they left us alone and ignored Trump. Maybe DeSantis could have done better.
But why would they do that?
DeSantis is a laugh a minute. Neither sense, self awareness, self discipline or reality testing. What a disater he would have been in charge of America with this level of ineptness.
