Democrat-Controlled California Keeps Donald Trump on the 2024 Ballot

The state of California kept former President Donald Trump on the 2024 ballot on Thursday.

California’s decision defies California Lt. Gov. Eleni Kounalakis’s request to “explore every legal option” to remove Trump from the ballot following the Colorado Supreme Court’s ruling.

California Democrat Secretary of State Dr. Shirley N. Weber published the list of eligible candidates Thursday. The decision came just after Maine Democrat Secretary of State Shenna Bellows decided Trump was ineligible for the state’s ballot. Weber previously opposed Colorado’s ruling on December 22, saying, “It is more critical than ever to safeguard elections in a way that transcends political divisions.”

Gavin is convinced he can beat Trump. That’s what this is. Maybe too smart by half. As long as Traitor Joe can still read a prompter and take direction in the earpiece he will be the nominee. With only 11 months to go, the drugs, AI and maybe even a stand in on occasion will make it possible. The rat cheat machine is at the ready too.

Trump isn’t a threat to win California.

California is not in play, but Weber’s move is a message to other Democrat SOS, that behavior like that in Colorado and Maine only strengthens Trump.

Gavin is not the issue. In my eyes, Weber’s is the smart play in the larger picture. It is doubtful that the bans will survive Supreme Court scrutiny, and will only give Trump a win in the court of public opinion, making the Democrats seem petty and dishonest. Which they, including Weber, are. But she’s just better at it.

Your points are good. The Main SOS just looks like a hack and an idiot. I hope our side has come realize how important the SOS office is. The rats first targets are the state SC and the SOS office. Once those fall the cheating, redistricting and ballot manipulation is much easier.

They know this will not stand but the goal isn’t to keep Trump off the ballot but to damage him in the eyes of independents who haven’t made up their minds.
