As questions arise as to whether Jack Smith was even legally appointed as President Trump's special prosecutor, and a judge messes up Smith's Super Tuesday timetable for Trump's trial, Smith is showing signs of desperation now.
He's asked the court to wipe out President Trump's defense of himself from insurrection-related charges, and wants his court to allow Trump to defend himself only as Smith wants him to defend himself.

Undercover agents -- doing the things agents provocateurs do, which is to provoke. There are probably a lot of deep-staters in that jury pool who know all about this:

Haven't there been a few cases in Michigan where juries ruled that undercover agents provocateurs lured people into commiting crimes they would never otherwise commit and acquitted the defendants?

Jack Smoth’s whole prosecution is based on news reports and partisan fact finding by Pelosi, not an honest, independent investigation. Trump still was president on Jan 6 before federal certification, which should not have occurred in certain states before proper hearing of evidence about lawbreaking and cheating.
Smith has stated that there was fraud in the election “but not enough to change the outcome” as if his team actually did an independent, thorough and fair investigation, which they did NOT, eg, what about Zuckerbribes and mail in ballots that never went through the mail but got illegal postmarkets at election headquarters? or unconstitutional mail in voting in WI, or illegal mail in voting in PA?

It’s typical of Democrats who like to put words into their opposition’s mouth. Like the Sarah Palin quote she could “see Russia” outside her window (which was part of a SNL Tina Fey impersonation of Sarah Palin), or any of a number of misquotes of President Trump and MAGA members of Congress.

A motion in limine is a pretrial motion requesting the court to prohibit or allow certain evidence on matters said to be highly prejudicial or inadmissible. It is made before a jury has been selected and discussed outside the presence of the jury. It is common in criminal cases.

Exactly this guy Smith is as dirty as they come. Over 100 pages of whistle blower testimony would put this guy in jail if our law enforcement was not weaponized. But it is.

In a sane world/country, POS Smith would be in jail....for a very long time.
All good stuff. I’ve read most of it. Smith is so corrupt you gotta wonder how he even manages to be in a court of law. Does not say much for our current legal system.
