Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) bashed former President Trump online and said Christians who support him “don’t understand” their religion.
“I’m going to go out on a NOT limb here: this man is not a Christian,” Kinzinger said on X, formerly known as Twitter, responding to Trump’s Christmas post. “If you are a Christian who supports him you don’t understand your own religion.”
Kinzinger, one of Trump’s fiercest critics in the GOP, said in his post that “Trump is weak, meager, smelly, victim-ey, belly-achey, but he ain’t a Christian and he’s not ‘God’s man.’”

I voted for Trump all the while under the impression Trump was not a Christian. He has done a lot to support the Christian community though.

Trump is far from the perfect Christian. But he is a far cry away from being so evil as the democrats. Sadly when it comes to politics the old saying really is true. “Nice guys finish last”. That is because the so many of the citizens in this country have no use for anything holy. And when it comes to reasoning out cause and effect then they are dumber than a box of rocks. So easily manipulated.
Even if I recognized Lil Adam as the ultimate arbiter of religious qualifications, I've been a Christian for as long as I can remember and I was never taught that my religion demands I only vote for other Christians.
Well, Mr. “Christian” Adam, I don’t know if Trump is a Christian or not, but you must not be much of a Christian yourself, if you don’t know that God frequently uses people who are not believers, to further His plans. He used 2 unbelievably evil kings to save the entire nation of Israel! (see the book of Daniel). He used a murderer (Moses) to deliver the whole nation from enslavement, a deceiver (Jacob) to carry on the Nation of Israel, and a murderer of Christians to write a big portion of the New Testament!
