Local and federal law enforcement are investigating a “hoax report” of threats made against Colorado Supreme Court justices who recently ruled that former President Donald Trump cannot appear on the state’s primary ballots in the 2024 presidential election.
The Denver Police Department said law enforcement responded to a justice’s residence on Dec. 21 in the evening “on what appears to be a hoax report.”
“Everything checked clear and we are continuing to investigate this report. Due to security and privacy considerations and the ongoing investigation, we are unable to provide any additional information at this time,” Denver police said in a statement, reported CNN.

Question? Is the FBI investigating the swatting of Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene? After all she is in the Federal Government while Colorado Supreme Court Judges are not………

Keep in mind: Schumer’s very public threats to Gorsuch and Kavanaugh were not a hoax, but completely acceptable by the left...and the FBI....but I’m being redundant.

NO state..NO people has the right to determine who they approve of for a place on the ballot. Election interference cannot be allowed. They live in their world of no laws for them.. They have given themselves the position of determining..if we really do not like you, you cannot be President.

I don’t know about the FBI but I saw a blurb this morning that stated ‘suspect named but no arrest’ for the MTG latest swatting episode. But it was Nextrush...so...who can say for sure.
They are doing for MTG just what the feds did about Rand Paul getting swarmed and assaulted outside the White House: Nothing.
The lame stream media breathlessly reported the threats and immediately blame right wing groups for threatening these brave justices.
If only the FBI would be more “aware” of and investigation the swatting calls made against Republican representatives and media figures as well as their parents over the past 24 hours.
It is only a matter of time.
