Thanks to Melania's height, she can wear a heel that high! Shorter women would get vertigo! The shoes are very attractive. They might call for a shorter skirt than Melania usually wears, so that they are the star. I see these shoes with a white cocktail dress, possibly sparkly but subtle. Like this, only ending just at the knee:
