The French parliament has passed legislation toughening France's immigration policy. The amended bill was backed by both President Emmanuel Macron's centrist Renaissance party and Marine Le Pen's far-right National Rally (RN). The vote divided Mr Macron's party, and Health Minister Aurélien Rousseau resigned in protest.

"This is our bill," said Eric Ciotti, the leader of the right-wing Republican party. He called it "firm and courageous".

Ms Le Pen welcomed the amended bill, calling it an "ideological victory" for the far-right.

Good, France is beginning to take the right direction. It's a start.

The Swedes, the Brits, the Germans may be finished but I’m seeing some fight left in the French. They may have to get together with the Dutch and the Spaniards to kick out the Moors.

The blood of Charles Martel still pulsates in many a Frenchman.

Passing a law and enforcing a law are two different things.
Just look at our southern border.

I may be incorrect but there were news stories about younger French supporting Le Pen and older ones supporting the leftist side (I hesitate to say socialist or right wing because that doesn’t mean the same thing there as it does here).

Is this correct?

“The new legislation makes it more difficult for migrants to bring family members to France and delays their access to welfare benefits.”

That’s a pretty light touch.

No deportations.

Nationalists vs Globalists in France. Really, they’re all socialists.

France is finished... It is, essentially, an Islamic country...
Any border laws will end up keeping all Christians out, unless the ragheads need sex slaves...

Well there are many things in the package, for example:

This is actually a pretty big one: “Jus soli”

“Jus soli”, the right to obtain French citizenship from being born in France, has been restricted. People born in France to foreign parents will no longer be automatically granted French nationality upon reaching the age of majority. They will now have to apply for it between the ages of 16 and 18.

Stripping nationality
The ruling coalition also agreed to create the possibility of stripping dual nationals of their French citizenship if they have been convicted of intentional homicide against any person in a “position of public authority,” such as police officers, soldiers, judges, and various administrative officials.

In 2015, President François Hollande attempted to allow the stripping of French citizenship from dual nationals convicted of terrorism. The move had torn apart his party, and he eventually withdrew the bill. At the time, Macron had expressed “philosophical discomfort” at the measure.

The EU seems on the verge of tightening their immigration rules as well.

As events in Finland have recently shown again, immigrants an be used as a weapon to undermine nations, by other hostile nations - hybrid war.

The Mariel boatlift also comes to mind, when Cuba emptied prisons and insane asylums, and dumped the inmates into America for care and feeding.

Economic costs and security costs can be imposed, by sending big crowds of the worst people you can find, over for lunch at your enemies house.

We've had like 10 million of those sent our way since Biden was installed as president by TPTB.
