I hope Dylan leads the strike march.
There is no reason to stock a 12 pack any higher than belt level. If you are walking in for that brand, keep it in the chiller and at belt level.
I love having 16 dark beers to choose from at walmart and occasionaly put a bud product in the cooler in my home bar to distract guests with no taste from the better beer. Miller and Bud Light, are what my father drank when PBR made him chunky. Now if we could get back all the IPA space for real beer.
“Maybe Dollar Tree will buy all retail rights!”
Now that is just hilarious. Can you imagine going into Dollar Tree to purchase an inexpensive gift bag or cheap cleaning sponge (the only thing I’ve found to buy there) and see one wall cooler filled with 12-packs of Bud-Light?
I was a dues paying Teamster for 35 years. Rest assured, the union leadership will do whatever the democrat party tells them to do and say. I was on strike with the Teamsters once in 1997. After spending untold millions on the ‘96 elections, the union provided us $56/week in strike pay. It took three weeks to starve us back onto the job.
For the Teamsters?
Trying to get in good with The Mob, are ya?
I support the “scummy avaricious union bosses” on this one.
Workers of the world unite!
Lol.
Brings back memories, my Dad used to drink Pabst Blue Ribbon and Falstaff beer. I’ll buy a six pack of PBR every once in a while and think of Dad.
LOL, go for it you tools! Hitting them right after Gone Woke backfired in their faces seals their fate....and eventually when you've shut down enough of those who prop up unions, then the unions themselves dry up. Win-win!
“I was in Australia and they sold Budweiser. I was surprised. I asked if anyone drank Budweiser. He said “Weasel piss? Some women like it, dunno a single man that drinks it.”
Even drinkers who preferred the cheap piss-poor(pour) beer due to its price said “no more”. And they have stuck to that promise. I make note of the beer cooler in my local Kroger. A/B’s shelf space is getting smaller and smaller and since this all started back in April, I’ve yet to see someone pulling a 12-pack of Bud-Light out of the cooler. They just walk on down the aisle to select something else. I’m sure some people do, but it is not often enough that it is something I witness when walking by headed to the condiments and bread aisle.
I am truly sorry for the rank and file workers of AB. The management has destroyed the once great company.
