People should be safe to travel at any time without being shot at for disrespecting low IQ, poor impulse control savages. Parents should blame the criminal.
As a matter of fact, there was an article just a couple days ago of a white woman sentenced to life for needlessly wasting a black guy over road rage. Think it was in Florida.
Parents should be allowed to discipline their children and parents should share responsibility (and punishment) for the actions of their children.
"Our daughter was just trying to go to the beach to watch the sunrise with her boyfriend on her day off before she had to go back to work again," Daniel Wilson, Louise's father, said during the press conference. "She ended up dying a hero. She was shot through her heart, and she was still able to safely pull over the car and save people in her car and other people who were driving. She wanted to help people, and she helped them."
Because of these very people I feel I must carry a weapon wherever I go.

I agree that the “watch the sunrise” story sounds bogus.
Possibly the three were at a party and she was their designated driver. Or boyfriend and buddy were out drinking and called her to pick them up.

The sad reality is that we aren’t safe, anywhere. People get lulled into false senses of security. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, unfortunately there is no cure in this sad case.
The suspect, described as a black male in his 20s..... so stinking sick of these black hoodlum animals. They need to go back to the bushlands of Africa where they belong and let them fight it out with the other animals. I would have less hesitation in executing one then I would in swatting a fly. They are rage and hatred filled. There is no redemption for them.
when has that EVER been the case? you want to make laws people need to be safe all the time? where is personal responsibility like stupidly being out at night when visibility lessened, drunks etc on the road, and no real business being out except joy riding with friends? the girl was foolish and it cost her life, thankfully God spared others and many can learn much from the situation.
OR they can push blame on the shooter and keep thinking they did absolutely nothing to help cause themselves to be there and go through that. /s
Their animal / primal urges and thought process coupled with athleticism make this group very dangerous. Built for survival for the jungle environment but really no place for this behavior in a civilized world.

At 1 a.m. it's likely no one got a look at the license plate so the perpetrator will probably never be caught, unless he brags about it to the wrong person.
There was a similar incident on the Houston freeways a couple of years ago when a black driver got angry at another driver and shot at his car, killing the other driver's wife. I think that was in rush hour, at any rate not in the middle of the night.
