On Thursday, the Virginia Supreme Court ruled that a high school teacher who was fired for refusing to use pronouns that didn’t match a student’s biological sex could have his lawsuit against the local school board reinstated.
Peter Vlaming taught French in the West Point School District for seven years. A female student claiming to be male had a new preferred name. Vlaming used the new preferred name but simply avoided using the student’s preferred pronouns. The school demanded he use the student’s preferred pronouns, even when the student was not present.

The Virginia Supreme Court agreed that the Virginia Constitution “seeks to protect diversity of thought, diversity of speech, diversity of religion, and diversity of opinion,” adding, “Absent a truly compelling reason for doing so, no government committed to these principles can lawfully coerce its citizens into pledging verbal allegiance to ideological views that violate their sincerely held religious beliefs.”

Pronouns are used in place of nouns, but there is no grammatical requirement that a pronoun MUST be used - in a given situation, it’s nobody’s damn business whether I (or anybody else) uses a pronoun at all. If the kid doesn’t want to be offended, I won’t offend the kid by using any pronoun - but what that faction wants is for everyone to bend the knee to their ideology. Kudos for this teacher for maintaining his integrity.

The reason there’s no Feeding Frenzy here for this fake boy, is that she’s not going to get in men’s sports and beat them up or take their trophies. She’s not going to get in the men’s locker room and get sexually aroused oogling and harassing the boys.
She just doesn’t present the kind of physical threat to others that boys pretending to be girls do.
Which leaves us with a mentally ill girl and a school system run by evil fascists.
That is all immaterial. Its the same mental illness regardless of what kind of body its in. Its so superficial to base only going after one group with the mental illness because we don’t like what they’re doing, and ignore and give the other group a complete pass.

The existence of a leftist school board in a place like King William County, Virginia, which Trump carried by an over 2:1 margin in 2020 and has been won by Republican Presidential candidates since 1952, even by Goldwater in 1964, is unfortunately too typical. The failure of conservative voters to pay attention to local elections allows the liberal minority to get their minions onto school boards, city councils, and county commissions. Although in the case of South Dakota our only Representative got there via activity on the Public Utilities Commission, an elected position. Just keep your eyes open as I would add all elected positions could be used as stepping stones to someone’s political future.
So, rather than pursuing an elected office as a desire to be a servant of the people, for a limited amount of time, that success leads to ambitions best left to the politically classless seeking office for all the wrong reasons. They are more than likely those with horrible Constitutional scores on voter guides in every State in these United States and very often described as Democrat or RINO Republican.

My brother is a teacher. He refuses to play the pronoun game. He hates it but he no longer gets to know his students and refers to them solely by their last name or “you.”
I wasn’t agreeing with the idea that we shouldn’t go after this deranged girl. I’m simply stating why I think there is not a similar reaction to what happens when a boy pretends to be a girl
she needs to be treated for her mental problems. The thing is, it’s probably pretty difficult to find a psychologist that doesn’t buy into this current insanity
