McGRegor should be listened to, but not always believed. I find some of his pronouncements to be weird.

I have one problem with Macgregor. He lies like most people breathe. He's been saying the war is over since the day after it started. Everything he says is based on reading Russian state news or pro-Russian telegram and putting a retired officer spin on it, just like Scott Ritter.

Right after the Kharkiv offensive, Macgregor went all in on backing Russia. He took Ukraine winning the biggest land battle in Europe since World War Two over Russia personally. Since then he is 24/7 Ukraine is/has/will/is about/has to lose.

The war has gone on for 20 months. So far, no matter how he puts forward his weighty expertise of being 1 out of over 100,000 retired 0-5s and higher, Ukraine has not lost and Russia has not won.

When he says Ukraine is conscripting men over 70 and boys 13 and under, he is trying to create some excuse to rationalize why the war is going on. It can't be because Ukraine is outfighting Russia.

I've learned to ignore MacGregor's reports and predictions. He sounds like he is getting paid by the Russians to spout propaganda. He could occasionally be correct about something, but he has lost all credibility since he clearly has an agenda and an obvious bias.
