I don’t doubt but there is some tribal favoritism, both for Indians generally and on a caste basis.
But you are wrong about them rising to the top because of that bias rather than content.
Again, I’ll suggest you’re dealing with the bottom-of-the-barrel, low-end masses that have been imported over here because the demand is so great. Go to the vendor side and they are top tier in talent. education and contribution.
I never said that they rose to the top meritless. I said that, once there, nobody else gets jobs under them if they aren’t East Indian. Oh sure, they might hire a white person or Asian to do menial work for the company, but they won’t approach the suit office in numbers that fairly represent their population or education or abilities. Those jobs are reserved for those that belong to the same caste as the Indian CEO.
