I never said that they rose to the top meritless. I said that, once there, nobody else gets jobs under them if they aren’t East Indian. Oh sure, they might hire a white person or Asian to do menial work for the company, but they won’t approach the suit office in numbers that fairly represent their population or education or abilities. Those jobs are reserved for those that belong to the same caste as the Indian CEO.

They are overrepresented in some vendor/startup realms because of merit, which you insist on denying without apparently having real experience or knowledge of that niche.
There are also a slew of them with minimal training and intellect, more often over here on the enterprise side of the world, in backwater locations, where the companies have cheaped out.
