Lara Trump, former President Trump’s daughter-in-law, is not ruling out former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley as a potential running mate for the current GOP front-runner.

“Crazier things have happened,” she told Newsmax’s Eric Bolling. “I don’t know, I would never say never with Donald J. Trump.”

Haley and Sununu are on FOX this am in New Hampshire, they are side by side and looking pretty cozy.. Could be her VP?

Maybe not, but my point was more that Trump shouldn’t pick a SuperMaga running mate who would perfectly please Freepers. Ask radio guy Jesse Kelly about this. If Trump is in it to win it, you probably won’t love whoever he picks.

While Trump's MAGA base will grumble at first, they've demonstrated a willingness to quickly change their positions on any issue to go along with Trump.

 

Angry Trumpers will do more than grumble. Look at every other reply here indicating they will abandon Trump and NOT vote for him if he should pick Nikki. But perhaps you're right. He could pick Nikki or even Pence again. Anyone. His lemings would then do a 180 and praise Trump for boldly making the bet of all calls.

I doubt he’d pick her. Trump’s not the kind of guy to rip someone publicly apart, and then pick them as a running mate.

And Reagan would never pick GHWBush either. He certainly doesn't need her support but it may be a requirement the Deep State has placed on Trump's ticket to ride.
