Have you a link for that? I’ve only found that he said that humans are a factor, not a major factor, and he governs from a climate adaptation view. If the climate changes, we should adapt accordingly, e.g., stop building in flood plains, etc. That’s just common sense. He doesn’t think greenhouse gases are a problem, which is how the leftists try to manipulate children and the wokesters (am I being redundant?).
This is all I’ve found, and it really is of such low caliber
information, that I can’t really make much of it.
If he did say man is a factor, I think it was a mistake.
