The National Rifle Association lambasted a proposal from the ATF that the gun-rights group says could "unjustly criminalize" Americans for selling a firearm and consequently create "serious confusion" for legal gun owners who engage in firearm transactions.
"The Biden ATF's proposed rule, ATF2022R-17, is just another attempt to demolish our Second Amendment rights, with the potential to unjustly criminalize everyday Americans for engaging in lawful firearm transactions," NRA-ILA Executive Director Randy Kozuch exclusively told Fox News Digital in a statement.
"This rule blatantly disregards the recent NRA-backed Bruen ruling on the Second Amendment. It also creates serious confusion among lawful gun owners who buy and sell firearms legally for various purposes, from collecting to self-defense."

Guys, learn to reload and stock up on primers and powder. My good friend and church buddy did this years ago. We get together every Saturday at 6:00 AM, load ammo, drink coffee and have discussions where we solve all the world’s problems. Good times, good times.
Aye. There the rub. Primers and powder, while not as scarce as a year ago, are still difficult to find in any quantities. My local stores will limit the amount of primers one can buy (one store limits to 100, the other to 1,000). And they have maybe a brick of five or six different primer types. Used to be right out on the shelves dozens of bricks at a time.
All I need do is what I've done for 30 years now - sit back and listen to the hot air from the so called "patriot" groups, and then watch their actual actions. No one is going to do anything. Ruby Ridge. Waco. LaVoy Finicum...now they are coming for Trump. The patriot movement today is a complete and utter farce.

Right now, there is a good supply available from most of the on line reloading wholesale dealers.
And there are some good sale prices.
But after the first of the year powder is going up.
Why?
What I see? Vista outdoor products is in midst of a purchase by a CZ company.
I suspect they are depleting their inventory, for insurance reasons. (New owners don’t want liability for old production)
Have never seen that in print, but that is what I am seeing.
