I'm sure it can be. They have it all plus audio tapes from zoom loads of it as well not just one or two whistle blowers but reams of evidence.Smith is toast if he ever sees the light of an unbiased jury which is 50/50.

This is the problem with a weaponized judicial system you have criminals judging other criminals. They usually get a pass. Byrne is a true patriot and brave guy we need more like him.The truth is out there it just has to be revealed.
