Nikki Haley is an establishment old GOP shill who will immediately cave to the establishment and get little done especially if it rocks the boat.

I still like DeSantis as he is an efficient leader. Trump I obviously support but he is not perfect. None of them are. It still concerns me that many have been deep conditioned by the deep state media to hate his guts. It has become like brainwashing. I do not trust Dems to not rig the election. Dems need lose bad.

National polls are silly in a primary season.

I don’t see any supporters of Haley, Christie or Desantis move towards Trump.
This is a binary primary.-those who support Trump, and those that dont support Trump.

It still seems a long way from Nov 2024.

It's a long way from Nov. 2024.

It is not a long way from Jan. 15th, 2024, the date of the Iowa caucuses.

If DeSantis comes in 3rd overall in Iowa his campaign is stricken.

If Trump wins Iowa by 30+ points then this whole primary thing is pretty much over.

Ron DeSantis has really turned out to be unlikeable.

I'm sad to report that because I had high hopes for him at one time as being the successor to Trump in the MAGA movement.

However, he has leagued himself with the Deep State and hoped to capitalize on Trump's supposedly imminent inprisonment on trumped up bogus charges so that he could take the 2024 GOP nomination for himself.

He was okay with Trump's persecution because he felt it would benefit him. I can't trust somebody that thinks like that. I also can't trust somebody that embeds high heels in his boots so that he looks taller than he actually is.

You’re obviously wrong as proven by the fact that his numbers have gone up. Find me a poll that had Trump at 58 or 64 6 months ago? 10 Months ago. You cannot because they weren’t there. Movement in his direction obviously means that people are still willing to support him. If you’re point is now that we are where we are he has hit his ceiling. It’s statistically unlikely to say the least. There are 40% that haven’t chosen Trump yet, the argument that of that 40% 0% would move to him if 3 people dropped out of the race is again, highly unlikely.

Despite DeSantis’ poor timing, what kind of “conservative” prefers Haley over DeSantis?

Exactly right.

It's very short-sighted for conservatives to be knocking DeSantis. What's their backup plan if Trump ends up not running (due to health issues, for instance)?
