Defying district leaders and disciplinary threats, about 100 educators took part Wednesday in a teach-in across Oakland Unified School District, bringing a curriculum focused on the Palestinian “liberation struggle” to students ages 4 to 18.

Those teachers are in fact focusing on their jobs and they produced the dismal results as directed.

This is no longer the America our parents knew. I recall back in the early 70's in CA when the anti-Vietnam protests were at the peak, the school districts were eliminating intramural sports because "competition was bad". Same group.
