After Democrat Wins Election by 1 Vote – Judge Makes Shock Decision in Court

Republicans have warned for years that our elections aren’t as secure as some claim. Some states, most Republican-led, have passed laws to prevent “irregularities” and other problems erode the nation’s election integrity.

Democrats have fought these changes tooth and nail. Joe Biden had even called some state election laws “Jim Crow 2.0.”

But it appears, from time to time, Republicans are proven right. An election in one red state was rocked by controversy, after a candidate won by just one vote. Now, a former state Supreme Court justice is making a stunning decision.

From The Post Millennial:

Retired Louisiana Supreme Court justice Joseph Bleich made a decision on Tuesday that the election results of the Caddo Parish Sheriff race are now null and void.

This decision came following a Nov. 18 runoff election where Democrat candidate Henry Whitehorn emerged victorious against Republican opponent John Nickelson, winning by just one vote, KTAL NBC 6 reports.

Joseph Bleich, serving as Judge “ad hoc” for the First Judicial District Court of Louisiana, ruled that a recent runoff election for Caddo Parish Sheriff was “null and void.” He ruled that a race that was won by just one vote proved “beyond any doubt” that voter fraud was committed.

A recount had taken place, resulting in the same situation. The Democrat candidate won by only one vote. Republican candidate John Nickelson claimed this has never “happened as far as we can tell in more than a century in this country.”

The judge seems to believe that some voters voted twice, once by mail and once in person.

The Democrat candidate fought back, saying a judge cannot determine an election. However, Louisiana law allows the court to rule on elections under certain circumstances. In other states, judge have been able to revoke the results of elections and call for new voting to take place.

As it stands, Whitehorn is planning to appeal the judge’s ruling. If he fails, it is likely a new election will take place at a later date.

Democrat election theft MUST be fought at EVERY level, no matter how small.

But then we must govern energetically and with the highest moral standards.

It’s not just a ruling on one vote win, it’s also because they found 11 votes cast illegally too.

My cousin lives in Caddo, and was boastful about this election, stating “every vote counts”.

Apparently, some votes count twice, some non-votes count, and I’ll bet some votes don’t count.
