MORE EXCRPTS FROM SEAN HANNITY's INTERVIEW WITH TRUMP:

SEAN HANNITY:  They want to call you a dictator.

You used the words, “I am your retribution.” And now, before that, you said, if you have been wronged, and you used other words as well. But I want to be very, very clear on this. To be clear, do you in any way have any plans whatsoever, if reelected president, to abuse power, to break the law, to use the government to go after people?

FORMER PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP:  You mean like they’re using right now.

(LAUGHTER)

TRUMP:  So, in the history of our country...

(CHEERING AND APPLAUSE)

TRUMP:  ... what’s happened to us, again, has never happened before over nonsense, over nothing, made-up charges.

I often say Al Capone, he was one of the greatest of all time, if you like criminals. He was a mob boss, the likes of which – Scarface, they call him. And he got indicted once. I got indicted four times.

With his question left unanswered, Hannity returned to the topic a few minutes later:

HANNITY: We almost have to go to a break. I want to go back to this one issue, though, because the media has been focused on this and attacking you –

TRUMP: Yeah.

HANNITY: – under no circumstances. You are promising America tonight. You would never abuse power as retribution against anybody?

TRUMP: Except for day one.

HANNITY: Except, what?

TRUMP: He’s [points to Hannity] going crazy. Except for day one.

HANNITY: Meaning?

TRUMP: I want to close the border and I want to drill, drill, drill.

HANNITY: That’s not – that's not retribution. I got it.

TRUMP: I’m going to be – I’m going to be, you know, he keeps – we love this guy. He says, you’re not going to be a dictator, are you? I said, no, no, no, other than day one. We’re closing the border and we’re drilling, drilling, drilling. After that, I’m not a dictator.

HANNITY: Well, that sounds to me like you’re going back to the policies when you’re a president.

TRUMP: Exactly.

There also was Trump's assessment of Joe Biden's candidacy.

The other “money quote,” as it were, from Tuesday’s Iowa town hall was Trump’s assertion that he doesn’t think Joe Biden will be the Democrat nominee for president in 2024.

HANNITY:  Let me ask you.

When prominent Democratic voices like Maureen Dowd and David Axelrod and Van Jones and others are so critical of Joe Biden – and, of course, he is struggling cognitively. I can’t think of, in the last couple of months, any appearance that he has had where he wasn’t either mumbling or bumbling or stumbling or having no clue where to go, where to exit.

Now, my question is, do you think, in 11 months, he will be their candidate?

TRUMP:  I personally don’t think he makes it, OK? I haven’t said that. I’m saving it for this big town hall. I have never really...

(CHEERING AND APPLAUSE)

TRUMP:  I personally don't think he makes it.  [emphasis added]

(CHEERING AND APPLAUSE)

TRUMP:  I think he’s in bad shape physically.

Do you remember when he said, “I’d like to take him behind the barn?” If he took me behind the barn and I went like this [makes blowing air sound], I believe he’d fall over.

(LAUGHTER)

TRUMP:  I believe he’d fall over. Who knows. Who knows. Who knows.

But it was OK. And, by the way, it was OK for him to say that. He said, I’d like to take him behind the – he could say that and everyone thought it was so cute.

If I ever said it, they’d say, “he’s a dictator. He’s a horrible human being.” It’s a whole double standard we have, and not only in the law, but just about everything else, as you know very well.

I personally don’t think he makes it physically. I watched him at the beach. He wasn’t able to lift a beach chair, which is meant for children to lift. He couldn’t lift it like that.

(LAUGHTER)

TRUMP:  And mentally, I would say he’s possibly equally as bad, and maybe worse. But I don’t know.

I will say this. He’s got vicious people surrounding him around that beautiful Oval Office. There are people in that Oval Office that are evil people, bad people, smart people, young, vicious. They’re communists, and they’re bad. They’re...

I’ve been posting the same feeling, since 2021. Neither Biden, nor Harris, will be the Dem candidate.

Vivek said the same during the debates. He said the Democrats should come clean and tell us who they are running so we can have a debate.

Trump’s words are along the same lines.

Bet is Democrats will install Gavin Newsom at the convention even though he is not officially running and nobody voted for him in the primaries (the filing deadlines for Arkansas, Alabama and Illinois have passed, California deadline is Friday, Texas is Monday).

I hope he’s wrong. It’s hard for me to imagine The Big Guy stepping aside voluntarily. And it’s at least as hard for me to imagine Heels Up Harris doing so.

So what’s the plan? Biden hangs on till the convention so Dems won’t have a primary and then at the last minute he steps down for “health” reasons and the delegates just put in Newsome ?
Add in the Hamas protestors that will be there this might actually be worth watching

Reverse psychology. They don’t want Trump to be right on any issue. Therefore, Joe will run just to prove Trump wrong…. to the benefit of Trump.

The Delusional Lying Dictatorial Left would also have you confused about dictatorship.

By definition a dictator combines and exercises both legislative and executive powers. The Constitution does not authorize such executive action as it structures our federal government with a Separation of Powers - Legislative (Congress MAKES the laws), Executive (the President ENFORCES the laws), and Judicial.

Private enterprise on the other hand is not under constitutional authority and owners/CEO’s/presidents of companies can be dictatorial and often are and if he knows what he’d doing is probably a good thing for the company.

“Dictatorship” and “free speech” issues ONLY apply to GOVERNMENT, not private enterprise or individuals. While government is SEVERELY LIMITED by the Constitution, private enterprise or individuals are free from constitutional restraints. Private enterprise can dictate to their employees and individuals can dictate to themselves whatever they want.

Our Free Constitutional Republic SEVERELY LIMITS the bounds of government which is NOT ALLOWED to be dictatorial although the totalitarian Biden/Obama administration ignores that.

The Delusional Lying Dictator-Loving Leftists pretend they’re afraid of dictatorship when their heroes Biden/Obama dictate their way to making the federal government a totalitarian regime.

I wonder how many of these people read posts and comments on FR including Trump. Some of the stuff we talk about here on FR seems to show up pretty soon after we talk about it here.

Having said that, I love Trump because he loves America. Trump is a very successful businessman. One reason is because to be successful in business the guy in charge who knows what he is doing makes the decisions. Those who resist are often fired. In that sense a President or CEO of a Free Enterprise Company could very well be dictatorial and be very successful. Nothing wrong with that.

I think as a successful businessman, Trump is used to being dictatorial and has every right to be so since he is the owner of the business. And it obviously served him and his enterprise very well. Again, nothing wrong with that in private business. Again the Constitution has no limitations on individuals or private business which are free to follow their own pursuits.

But government is a different animal. Although running a government like a business is a good idea in certain ways, America’s Free Constitutional Republic does not authorize the Executive Branch - the President - to legislate (make rules and laws). Legislation is reserved for Congress.

Executive Orders (EO’s) are an example Presidential legislation and THAT is dictatorship. Dictators make up the rules and then execute them. In America such presidential action is unconstitutional.

Trump is doing that mainly because America is in an emergency mode to correct the threatening acts implemented by his Leftist predecessors. Fair enough. But at some point, the goal MUST BE to reestablish the Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land against the feds and to dismantle the $3+ trillion unconstitutional portion of the feds.

Either we dismantle it or dismantles us as Biden/Obama are trying to do right now.

FREEDOM FIRST, EVERYTHING ELSE SECOND!

I think the whole impeachment threat is a game designed to force the Dems into replacing Biden with Harris to avoid impeachment, which will then put them in a difficult position with an unpopular incumbent president that would not be their first choice for 2024.

He’s daring them to switch candidate by stating his opinion....so of course they won’t, which is exactly what he wants.

You know Trump is 1000% on the mark correct when the media doesn't make this the line of the night repeated on every last news program and commentary.

They will prop up Biden through the convention so he can accept the nomination, then he’ll be replaced... once he accepts the nomination, they can replace him without a single vote cast... They changed the rules in 2022 to do this.

If Biden is not the nominee, then who? I hope it’s not Newscum. Why would Biden’s puppet masters trade in someone who’s senile and pliable for someone with a mind of his own? How will the Biden family make money once the Big Guy’s out of office and unable to peddle influence? You’d think they and the powers that be would want Biden in there for as long as possible.

The DNC convention is next August. That’s 8 months away. They’d better get hopping if Joe isn’t going to be the nominee. They’ve eliminated debates, and shut out primary candidates. They’re just planning on stealing the election again.
