Oh? What exactly would he need to violate in the Constitution then? Not violate, suspend. Temporarily for as long as it takes. For one thing, he would have had to suspend, at the very least, the 1st Amendment protection to the media. From social media all the way up to ABCCBSNBCFUXMSDNCWPETC. Shut them up while he makes his case. That's assuming he has people competent enough to do so. The truth is on our side. Unfortunately, competence and courage are NOT. Repugnic-nts for the most part are stupid cowardly traitors.

Suspension is violation.
There is no need to suspend any of the Bill of Rights; to deal with the left-wing media takes upholding the Constitution rather, specifically by invoking Article III Section 3, the first two clauses, and let freedom of the press in their case be freedom to self-incriminate since the truth is indeed on our side.
