OK Fellow Freepers, here is my question. Under what authority does the President have to give away any of the taxpayers money ?
Has a bill been passed in Congress ? Who actually authorizes the finances of the country ?

The republicans voted to give biden a $1.7T slush fund in the inflation reduction Act (build back better spending bill).

We don’t live in a Republic anymore my FRiend.
We don’t have budgets. We have money being sent to wherever grifters want it to go.
We don’t have elections. Our elections have been hopelessly compromised and courrupted, and they don’t even bother to hide it.
We have Taxation Without Representation. They send our great grandchildren’s tax dollars to Ukraine, and they bathe in the kickbacks returned.
We don’t have rule of law. We have Soviet style show trials and kangaroo courts, with all the corrupted organs of government turned against the citizenry, and people being held as political prisoners.

You, see, what you forgot is, the small-government Republicans control the House.
