The IDF is planning to pump seawater into the Hamas tunnel network in Gaza according to a Wall Street Journal report.
Five large pumps have been assembled north of the al-Shati refugee camp during the last month, with each one capable of pumping thousands of cubic meters of seawater into the tunnels. Israel informed US officials that they were considering this option last month and needed to weigh feasibility and environmental factors against military necessity. Some US officials expressed concern about the plan while others supported the plan.

I would prefer to fill them with nuclear waste myself … just sayin …
Where are the hostages?
Does anyone know?
That’s the question that caused the ceasefire and the inhibition against all out battle up to now.
Release adolescent shares and finish it
They’ve already wrecked their aquifer, so no harm done. Not to worry, the U.S., the EU, or some other chimps will build them desalination plants for the natives to mismanage and destroy
geeze louise...why telegraph it...just do it...
would hamas herd the hostages there to stop it ?
Maybe a headfake to get them to put the hostages where they can rescue them?
I met a young guy that was attending a mining engineering school in the USA, he had been in the IDF previously locating tunnels and destroying them.
He said they would often use a pumper truck of septic waste to dump into the tunnels prior to cementing them up.

Wouldn’t put it past the evil butchers... but it may be too late. (Too late for the hostages as well as for the devil-worshiping mohammedans.)
Water shortages linked to climate change exacerbating the risks to children in Gaza
Personally, I don’t think Climate Change is their biggest problem … just sayin

That makes me smile. Piss be upon them!
septic waste Works for me as well …

These Gaia-worshipers have no shame, do they?
If the Hamas won’t come out with the rising waters, it will be their suicide. Of course, it will be time for those 72 virginss in BDSM garb with Dueling Banjos playing and whips saying, “I bet you can squeal. I bet you can squeal like a piggy. Go ahead, squeeeeeeal! Squeal, now. Squeal.!”
Flush the rats!
Hydro jetting, or jetting, uses water and pressurized air to push out debris and break down clogs. Jetters are high-efficiency machines and the most common solution used today for cleaning sewers. They propel spray through a hose and out a specialized rotating nozzle to clean and break-up debris. Water jetting is a safe, chemical-free process that does not damage pipes.
ABOUT TIME. GET ON WITH IT.
I’ve been waiting for the IDF to finally get around to this. When you try hiding underground, that may protect you in some ways but it also makes you very vulnerable to some pretty simple attacks. The same goes for underground survival bunkers. All it takes is someone on the surface to find your air inlet and cap it off (or pump water into it) and I guarantee you’re opening that door and coming out. The underground thing, at least for civilians who don’t have an army to protect the ground above it, is silly and just makes those in the bunker sitting ducks.
Plenty of sludge for the Israelis to flush
I would assume that some of the tunnels might have water proof doors?
