No vaccine is 100% effective, but the purpose of a vaccine is to prevent spread. It was not a vaccine because it did NOTHING to prevent spread of the disease, which is job #1 of a vaccine. The only job it attempted to do was mitigate how bad the symptoms were by spoofing the immune system into creating antibodies against the parts that created the symptoms. This is why a year ago they had to admit the vaccine was never intended to prevent spread. Had the public been told THAT truth up front, the last 3 years would have been a lot different.
