Loved my time in Fort Worth in the early 90s. Where the west begins. Still waiting for the lefties to call for renaming white settlement!! Is Angelo’s barbeque still there??

I hope so. I last ate there in '13 and still have some of their seasoned salt.

Sadly, the Civil War museum in Ft. Worth is closing. It emphasized the role of Texas in the war. But harassment from the wokesters likely wore its management down, so it is now "cancelled."

Oh yes. The Marxists demanded White Settlement be renamed around 2008. Exactly when I forget. They even had a lame replacement name chosen, forgot that too. Well they might as well have kicked a hornets nest because the troublemakers backed down in the face of blowback outrage. It was awesome. Yes Angelo’s is still there. I love that barbecue.
