Not when the public is involved. I could build a 30-40 foot long wooden bridge across whatever to make transit easier....and presumably safer. That doesn’t mean that some teenagers won’t discover it makes a great slip-and-slide when it’s wet. I’m reminded of the
U of O football player Spencer Webb, who died when his feet slipped out from under him and his head smashed into solid rock...the rock that was so much fun to slide on that people come from miles around to do it.
