Well McGuff...we do know there was an extraordinary ‘joint Islamic-Arab’ summit Nov. 11th in Riyadh where Saudi Arabia, Jordan and other Muslim countries called for an immediate end to Israels military operations in Gaza and further collectively rejected Israel's justification of its actions against Hamas as self-defence.

I have no doubt with all their heavy hitters attending that Summit they weren't together just to make a political statement....even Irans Pres.Raisi, Turkish Pres. Erdogan, Qatar's Emir Al Thani and Syrian Pres. Assad were there. Most who have stated prior this war could lead to further Middle Eastern involvement......

...Soooo here we are with our ships being attacked in the Red Sea...after numerous attacks throughout Syria , Iraq on our bases....and Hezbollah further attacking Israels Northern Border.....Sounds an looks like they intend to escalate this war - and are.

This puts us in the awkward position of reacting to attacks and defending ourselves inside a country that doesn’t want us to be there. It would be ironic if the seeds of WWIII were planted in Syria.
