Heading up to the museum this morning was expected, though a little last-minute. Had a good time up there and Da Boss said he’ll get me up there when he needs an extra pair of feet throughout the winter.
On the way home, I stopped at the PO to check the mail and ran into Da Boss’s mom. She invited me to a dinner the widows group she belongs to was having this evening. That was the unexpected part. I had nothing planned for the evening so I took her up on it and had a good time there.
A nice day overall except for the weather. Cloudy all day, though somewhat warm, and it was pea-soup foggy on the mountain all day.

What a lovely surprise from Boss Mom! I’ll bet it was fun and that you met some lovely new women to talk to. What was for dinner? :)
The cloudy day there sounds wonderful to me. It was very sunny here, and really beautiful. Gave me energy to get some more much needed house work accomplished. AND a nice nap. yay!
