Anyone other than Epstein’s lawyers that works to protect Epstein or his clients should be investigated. I exempt the lawyers because even though distasteful, Epstein had the constitutional right to a legal defense.
One of Durbin’s predecessors, the very pompous George Mitchell, rode on Epstein’s jet and was accused of impropriety by Virginia Giuffre. I wonder if there’s a connection to Mr. Durbin’s coverup attitude.

I would look into his lawyers as well. I presume a lawyer can decline to represent a client unless they are assigned to represent an indigent client. Epstein was not indigent. I suspect he paid quite well and that his lawyers made a decision to take him as a client.
IMO, his lawyers are just a different kind of prostitute. They were willing to do disgusting things for a big payoff.
