Biden faces MUTINY over Israel war: State Department insiders warn of 'remarkable and unprecedented' internal turmoil over White House's support for Jerusalem

Joe Biden is facing a significant internal revolt against his administration's stance on the Israel-Hamas war, insiders have said - reflected in nationwide unease at the conflict, and his dismal polls.

The president has been determined to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Israel following the Hamas terror attack of October 7, which killed 1,200 people.

But he warned Israel's leaders in private and in public not to repeat America's mistakes post 9/11, and be blinded by rage and a desire for revenge.

With 15,000 Gazans killed in seven weeks of bombardment, many inside the Biden administration feel that the White House should do more to rein-in Israel.

Only one person has publicly resigned due to the Gaza onslaught - Josh Paul, a director in the State Department's political-military affairs bureau, which oversees U.S. arms transfers.

But sources told NBC News that the internal unrest - including statements in open letters from government employees - exceeds anything felt in the last 40 years, including the Iraq War and Donald Trump's Muslim ban.

'It's remarkable and it's unprecedented,' said Aaron David Miller, a senior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace think tank who worked at the State Department from 1978 to 2003.

'I've never seen anything like it.'

The anger has been expressed by hundreds of federal employees signing an open letter demanding the Biden administration push for a cease-fire, and dozens of diplomats at the State Department sending official dissent cables.

At the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), hundreds of employees signed a letter critical of the administration's approach, while hundreds of staff members in Congress have staged protests and signed letters demanding a cease-fire.

They reject what they called a 'blank check' for Israel.

The CIA, meanwhile, last month sent out an internal email reminding staff to keep their...

I am not surprised.

One never discussed element of the State Department is that as a bureaucracy the department has developed the idea that it, the State Department, should MAKE U.S. foreign policy, not merely faithfully execute the U.S. foreign policy set by the Chief Executive, the President, at the White House. They like many in the deep state think THEY, not the elected officials, are the U.S. government.

To me there are only four groups that represent THE U.S. GOVERNMENT - the elected members of Congress, the President, presiesntial appointees approved by the Senate, and federal judges who obtained their appointments by selection of the President and approval of the Senate. Everyone else in the federal goverment is merely an employee, with a chain of command that places the elected, and duly appointed, officials in charge.

Look back 70 years. Sen. McCarthy warned then that the State Department was full of traitors. Was it ever corrected? Sure Obama helped wreck the place, but I would not want to give him too much credit..

Here is a nice quick solution. Fire them all with NO chance of re-hire, then replace them with people that want to HELP THE U.S.
Simple.

” hundreds of employees signed a letter critical of the administration’s approach,”

Meanwhile, the other 78,000 state department employees didn’t sign the letter.

Of course it wasn’t MUTINY when State, Justice and other departments did their best to thwart President Trump at every turn.

“Great news! Now they have letters with signatures of communist insiders.”

Mossad, now has a list of those in our government, who hate Israel, 24/7.

Since 911 “middle east area experts” been actively recruited into every federal agency, meaning that by now these agencies are riddled with Muslims, which add to the Obamists and traditional left-wingers already there.

“ That would come in handy for Trump when he gets back in the White House. Fire everyone who signed it.”

If Trump does get back in…if the country even survives that long…he doesn’t need any list except the list of all current employees. Fire them all, every single one, wipe out the entire agency. Anything less will lead to destruction.

I have to at least give the moron potato in chief credit for publically backing Israel.

However, he needs to be “Do what must be done. Wipe them out” and not wishy-washy about it.

Harriet the hamas ass kisser repeats their lies about 15000 dead fakestinians. Maybe she should get off her fat ass and go check the real numbers out for herself. Mind you, 15,000 dead hamas savages is a good thing in itself. But when the ass kissing press repeats this hamas lie, they know full well that they want us to think ‘civilians’

Our State Dept (chock full of globalist socialists with an EU wannabee perspective) is a snake pit of vipers and has been for years. My cousin/godfather now deceased, was a State Dept. diplomat/economist and we exchanged many emails on world topics. He was basically a socialist, and what I learned about our State Dept. from him is frightening as these same people are making policy for our Country, and not in our best interests.

Like the rest of our Washington D.C. bureaucrats, they are majority Dems/socialists, and think they are actually running our Country and making policy by going against any conservative Presidential administration (as they did to Trump) by disobeying conservative directives or ignoring them. As they are all classified as Civil Service employees (both in the State Dept. and throughout the worker bee bureaucracy in all gov’t agencies) it is next to impossible to fire them.
