Palestinians in GAZA are Muslims attempting to overthrow both Israel and the USA. They are not civilians, they are enemy collaborators that share the fate of the fighting factions they support. And because they are part of Islam, they are unwelcome to become citizens here by our laws.
How do you do that, when they use civilians as ‘human shields’ and locate their war machine underneath civilian hospitals and other institutions?

No one is entitled to the protection of the law who does not obey it. During WWII, Germany made the appearance of compliance with the Geneva Convention in the treatment of Allied POW’s so their troops in our camps would receive like treatment. The Japanese, however, thought those taken alive should commit seppuku so they had no such concerns.

I can’t think of any conflict in which any combatant has gone to the lengths that Israel always does to avoid civilian casualties.
The Geneva Convention, you know, that “International Law” thing, it allows Israel to annihilate Hamas even when they hide and fight behind civilians or surrounding themselves with civilians.
The crafters understood that some groups would attempt to use civilians as a shield and provisions were made to insure that those groups would be allowed to be attacked regardless of the consequences to civilians.

Hamas uses civilians as human shields. They use hospitals...schools...mosques as staging/storage facilities.Israel has the right to self defense. Therefore civilians...at least some of whom are truly innocent...will die.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has also released a statement after meeting US Secretary of State Antony Blinken in Tel Aviv today.
He mentioned the deadly attack in Jerusalem this morning - which Hamas claimed was carried out by its members. Netanyahu said it was "the same Hamas that is trying to murder us everywhere".
"I told him: We have sworn, I have sworn, to eliminate Hamas. Nothing will stop us."
Netanyahu says he told Blinken that Israel will continue the war until it achieves “the three goals”, which he says are: “Freeing all of our hostages, completely eliminating Hamas and ensuring that no threat like this will ever come from Gaza again."
Will he tell Hamas fighters to get out of their civilian clothes and get into a uniform?
