While you’re right your approach to the problem is far too acerbic. People DO care about some of these things and a few care for all of them, but there’s a “tragedy saturation limit” most sane folks have like breaks are enforced at factory work.
For a person to be totally wrapped up in all these continuing injustices would render them too insane to be useful for anything, hence we have irony, humor and bad taste to preserve sanity in this insane world.
