The article could be misinformation, or it could be a misinterpretation — for example, Qatar (an unreliable terrorist state) may interpret the 4-day cease-fire to include actions against the leadership in Qatar for the duration of the cease-fire.
This story also could be planted to give the Hamas leadership a false sense of security.
