Forty-nine days and counting since Palestinian Islamic HAMAS brutally attacked Israel, killing, raping, and taking hostages on October 7, 2023. Latest counts say 31 Americans were murdered and at least 9 and maybe as many as 40 Americans are held hostage.
Where's Biden? On vacation, again, stating he hopes hostages released soon.
Are they negotiating, haggling over dollars? Biden's been spending about a billion dollars per hostage around the world, is that the going price he's trying to get in Gaza?
America under Biden is weak. Americans are killed, raped, and held hostage without response, Biden goes on vacation. This is my first day posting a hostage crisis live thread which I may or may no do daily going forward.

HUH? We’ve been held hostage for nearly 3 years now.
I saw a report on TV that there are 13 American hostages. Israeli officials have a list but will not publicize it due to Hamas’ history of incorrect or misleading information.
Yes, we’ve definitely suffered over the past three years.
We have, and Biden hasn’t lifted a hand to save American hostages, same as getting them out of Afghanistan, etc.
Looks like Israel’s agreement with HAMAS is ending. HAMAS did not release the second set of hostages and Israel is now giving HAMAS until midnight local time to complete the second day of releasing Israeli hostages or they will resume combat operations.

Hamas knows they hold all the cards..they know behind the scenes that Biden and his cronies despise BiBi and want him gone..that is why biden yesterday was talking about his “2 state solution” their plan according to Mark Levin is to get BiBi replaced with a figurehead and give Gaza, Judea and Sumaria, please it will be MUCH more than that, Gaza wants ALL of israel in fact I believe that Biden and his cronies knew the attack was going to happen on Oct 7th, it was their way of getting rid of BiBi for good

Yes, Biden gives $1 billion for American hostages, Israel 3 prisoners for a hostage, and Biden is almost non-stop is asking Israel to stop prosecuting its war against HAMAS, to stand down and just take the murders, rapes, and hostage taking as normal interraction. Not once do I recall Biden calling on HAMAS to do anything.
Well the radio news said joey bags spent the holiday weekend negotiating closely for the release of Hamas hostages— all 13 of those first released being THAI citizens (for whom Thailand no doubt paid Hamas to do- and for whom Israel Knesset fools agreed to release 39 “women and children” from Israeli prisons. The women all apparently convicted as murderers, attempted or other wise and the children- their bomb bearers). This bears considerable analysis as to WHO Hamas insisted be released— not to GAZA oh no— but back into Israel (sure to be tagged and followed for life, one hopes). What utter propaganda about the poopy panted one. Gibberish.
I loose no sleep at all for any Palestinians who suffer or die in this war...not a wink!
I was wondering where they were being released to. I guess they could not release them into Gaza, or the Westbank, nor do any neighboring countries want them.
There are still Americans being held captive in Afghanistan.
Would be nice if Israel could just FLIP THE USA AND THE UN THE BIRD and take care of business on their own terms.
Two senior Biden administration officials told NBC News that they were "disappointed" that no kidnapped Americans have been released so far during the 4-day Israel-Hamas cease-fire.
"We are disappointed that we haven’t seen the Americans on a list yet, but we are hopeful for the next couple of days," one of the officials said. "The U.S. is hopeful that we can keep the pause in place and the exchange in place, because we want all of the hostages out."
The officials said that they hoped three Americans with dual Israeli citizenship will be part of the first 50 hostages to be freed. It is believed that 10 of the captives are American citizens, and around 240 people were kidnapped in total.
