“However, unless Ukraine is able to get munitions & weapons, I do not see a sustained war in that region.”
____________
They’re not serious about pushing Ukraine into peace talks. I think they’re going to escalate it to bring other nations in directly. Austin made a personal visit to reassure them and lay out the plan.
They are also not serious about supplying them either. They have a Speaker of the House problem that stands in the way of providing the funding. Unless the Pentagon can find some of that 3 trillion dollars the audit can’t account for, it’s game over I would say.
MacGregor was compromised years ago.
Since the war expanded in 2022, MacGregor has been on RT and VGTRK as many times as he’s been on Tucker.

The max rate of fire as stated by a dozen sources state 5 rounds per minute.
According to the manufacturers technical manual for the 2S1 "Gvozdika", the maximum aimed rate of fire for direct fire is 4-5 rounds per minute.
Some screen shots of other sources:
It’s called crew drills.
Crew drills is what keeps the crews alive.
God forbid that the correct round, with the correct fuse settings, using the correct charge, with the gun set to the correct azimuth and elevation, and compensated with the correct deflection to ensure a first round hit when that round is sent down range.
Your precious Msta-A still takes an eternity to emplace and displace at 1 to 2 minutes.
Paladin, PzH-2000, and other western systems will still turn that Soviet junk to smouldering piles of scrap before they get their second round off.
Forget the “experts”.
Watch the video, count the rounds and time it.
“Paladin, PzH-2000, and other western systems will still turn that Soviet junk to smouldering piles of scrap before they get their second round off.”
This is the kind of claims we heard about Western vehicles before the Counter-Offensive.
They have tried to install an autoloader on some of the Paladins, but it doesn’t really work any better than that power assisted ramrod.
The basic issue is the threaded breach. That thing is in the way of any functional autoloader. They need to switch to a falling block like the Russian equipment, but that would be a redesign of all their artillery.
But hey ! Land based artillery is only 60-80 percent of enemy casualties. No need to make up to date design a priority.
Forget the experts?
So completely forget the technical manual that was written up by the company that made the 2S1 that states a rate of fire of 4 to 5 rounds per minute?
Yeah, ok.🙄
Ever think the video speed was altered?
“They have tried to install an autoloader on some of the Paladins, but it doesn’t really work any better than that power assisted ramrod.”
The autoloader on the Paladin works just fine.
And when they field the M109A7 PIM with the ERCA and fully automated autoloader, they’ll be able to fire Excalibur rounds at 6rpm, and conventional rounds at 10rpm (sustained) out to a range exceeding 60km with a CEP measured in inches. Then there is the subcaliber munitions that will have even greater range with a similar accuracy.
Total and complete face saving BS. The usual fare from you.
Ever think the video speed was altered?
What a cope !
Anyone who is interested can make their own assessment.
Firing rate by the Finnish is consistent with the original Russian video I posted.
“And when they field the M109A7 PIM with the ERCA and fully automated autoloader, they’ll be able to fire Excalibur rounds at 6rpm, “
Since even the surge capacity of Excalibur is 2400 PER YEAR, being able to do rapid fire is a joke when total production is less than 7 rounds per day.

“The autoloader on the Paladin works just fine.”
It’s the same circus with the sponge, primer, and rope.

The damn manufacturer, the MANUFACTURER (you know the people who designed and built the thing) says 4 to 5 rounds per minute.
Circus?
Uh huh. 🙄
