Give land back? We can start with the State of New York. Staten Island can be first. I’m all for it. The Indians were there first. If that’s not enough, Massachusetts can be next. While we’re at it, California, New Mexico, Nevada Arizona can go to the Mexicans. We are keeping Texas.

History consists of one tribe invading and conquering another, and taking its land, women and crops and killing or enslaving the males.
There is no way to undo all the invading. There is no way to “give back” land.

America did not exist until it was created by white Europeans. There are, perforce, no “Native Americans”, since there was no “America” for them to be natives of, and if most of them are “indigenous” to anywhere it would be East-Central Siberia.

The Apache invaded Texas in the 1600s (after the Spanish had already arrived) and drove out the native tribes. The Comanche invaded Texas in the 1700s and drove out the Apache. Mexico won it’s war for independence from Spain in 1821 and annexed Texas. Texas won its war for independence from Mexico in 1836, so Texas was part of Mexico for a total of 15 years, 200 years ago.
