It refers to a Westerner who wants secure borders and doesn’t want their culture to be decimated by Mohammedans.
That they are tired of the crime & hatred they bring with them. At least that is my best guess.

I wrote that because I was referring to Russia.
Since Russia made a military and technological alliance with the Islamic State of Iran teaming up together against Ukraine and Westen and American interests.
This means that any direct or indirect support for Russia by anyone today is to be considered as a de facto support for Iran. Iran being the pinnace of Islamism.
Russia can’t in anyway be seen as disconnected from their strong alliance with Iran.
Thus, in turn, any support for Iran evidently becomes a hostile act against our Israeli allies.

Well.. he invited to Moscow high-level representatives from Iran and Hamas. The red carpet was rolled out, and they congratulated themselves!
