MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell is promising that a new ruling in Georgia will "expose everything" and vindicate those like him who have made claims about election fraud.
"This is going to expose everything," Lindell told Steve Bannon on Bannon's War Room podcast Monday. "The judge has opened the door that no man can shut."
Earlier this month, District Judge Amy Totenberg, an Obama appointee, issued a ruling that granted a bench trial for a long-running lawsuit seeking to rid Georgia of its electronic voting machines in favor of hand-marked paper ballots. Lindell celebrated Totenberg's ruling, which denied the state's request for her to rule based on the arguments and facts of the case and without a trial. Lindell has been especially excited about a footnote in the judge's ruling, which said that the evidence in the case "does not suggest that the Plaintiffs are conspiracy theorists of any variety" and that some of the nation's leading cybersecurity experts and computer scientists provided evidence that Georgia's voting system poses a threat to the constitutional rights of voters to cast their votes and have those votes accurately counted.
Newsweek reached out to Lindell via email for comment.
Lindell himself is embroiled in a series of expensive defamation lawsuits over his claims that election voting systems from Dominion Voting System and Smartmatic led to voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election. The system used in Georgia was purchased from Dominion in 2019.
"Anyone questioning elections or election machines are not conspiracy theorist!" Lindell said on X, formerly Twitter, in response to the ruling.
He echoed those sentiments on Bannon's' show, wearing a tin foil hat before removing it and declaring, "I get to take off my tin foil hat, you know, that's what the judge said, we're not a conspiracy guy anymore."

I hope I’m wrong but it seems as if the Maoists are close to success in their effort to bankrupt him. In fact I’d wager that they want him behind bars.
Hmm, I thought the state legislature had the right to determine elections laws and voting procedures. Oh well, I guess giving a judge the right to set voting procedures and election law will be better.
I sweat a lot when I sleep. I generally get 3-4 months out of a pillow, which my wife washes every week or two.
I’m on my second My Pillow in the last 5 or 6 years. I travel about 50-60% of the time for work. I don’t bring my own pillow along but I won’t tell you I haven’t thought about it.
Each democratic administration since I can remember was going to bring an end to America. Going back more than 60 years, we should no longer exist, yet we do.
“I hope he is able tp prove his claims.”
Me too. He’s bankrupted himself.
RE: Also, if the Dim’s plan was to set up or motivate the Three Nutjobeers to carry the election fraud story through the public and judicial channels, that is pure brilliance.
The Kraken group aside, do you believe that Joe Biden won the 2020 election fairly?
LOL! You are right!
>> In fact I’d wager that they want him behind bars.
Oh, it’s worse than that. They want Lindell... and President Trump... and YOU and ME... *DEAD AND GONE*. satan and his demonRats play for all the marbles.
Re: 35 - spot on. The Cyber Symposium was a bust. Lindell never provided the packet captures he claimed he had for review.
Lindell was poorly served by Dennis Montgomery, “Mary Fanning” and Phil Waldron. Nowadays they rarely talk about the packet captures. They’re truly cowards.
Lindell has now become dishonorable by refusing to pay the arbitration award.
The reason I have trouble with Lindell is his crazy ideas get legitimate issues about election fraud lumped in with his crazy ideas and all of them get labeled as conspiracy theories and destroys any real chance to find out what happened in 2020 and following elections
The democrats are trying to keep the voting machine scandal as much of a secret as their government bunker.
Re: 70 - Agreed. Lots of conspiracy theories sucked the air out of legitimate election and voting issues.
The original mypillow was pretty good. I still use it.
But mypillow 2.0 is the worst pillow I’ve ever owned. Avoid.
My brother gifted me a pair My Pillows.
Don’t care for them, wish I had kept my Sobakawa pillows.
I see they are on amazon, will order some.
Every time you use My Pillow, you have to give it 3 bumps from each end with both hands. That fluffs them up. Then your head will be supported all around, reducing local concentrated pressure which is what regular pillows do. And unlike feather pillows, My Pillow does not sink to flat shape. It supports head all night, so your neck stays aligned with spine.
Not certain where you gain so much confidence in this matter. Trump is not endearing himself to many more now than in the 2020 election. Plus, no real push back on election laws being followed. It should have been DONE by now! Too little, too late. Nothing will change but Trump yelling it was stolen. He would be right! Place the fight in the right place - not whether Trump lied about 30 million of debt or 15 million of debt. I am hard pressed to see where this leads to substantive change or making a difference for the next ‘most consequential election’ of our lifetime.
the states need to make the fix ....
>> Not certain where you gain so much confidence in this matter.
If I had any confidence that your question was asked in good faith, I would answer it — and I am able. But countering your bitter envy is a fool’s errand and I’m not a fool.
What is bitter about my opinion? That is what is lost to me. I hear the left get bashed with Trump Derangement Syndrome. It exists on the other side as well. Too bad. Guess we can devolve into the name calling on our ‘own’ side (I still don’t know what that is) and others as is fashionable these days. How will we feel if Trump encounters a J6 jury/judge? Don’t think it will happen? Forget about how we feel, what do we do?
Trump has blazed a trail like Sherman marching to the sea; too bad he leveled the only opposition to what exists in power currently. Difficult to vote for someone that has a real possibility of facing prison time. I don’t think TDS on this side will over power the TDS on that side. Just an observation. Why should I be bitter? I didn’t take the jab.
