MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell is promising that a new ruling in Georgia will "expose everything" and vindicate those like him who have made claims about election fraud.
"This is going to expose everything," Lindell told Steve Bannon on Bannon's War Room podcast Monday. "The judge has opened the door that no man can shut."
Earlier this month, District Judge Amy Totenberg, an Obama appointee, issued a ruling that granted a bench trial for a long-running lawsuit seeking to rid Georgia of its electronic voting machines in favor of hand-marked paper ballots. Lindell celebrated Totenberg's ruling, which denied the state's request for her to rule based on the arguments and facts of the case and without a trial. Lindell has been especially excited about a footnote in the judge's ruling, which said that the evidence in the case "does not suggest that the Plaintiffs are conspiracy theorists of any variety" and that some of the nation's leading cybersecurity experts and computer scientists provided evidence that Georgia's voting system poses a threat to the constitutional rights of voters to cast their votes and have those votes accurately counted.
Newsweek reached out to Lindell via email for comment.
Lindell himself is embroiled in a series of expensive defamation lawsuits over his claims that election voting systems from Dominion Voting System and Smartmatic led to voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election. The system used in Georgia was purchased from Dominion in 2019.
"Anyone questioning elections or election machines are not conspiracy theorist!" Lindell said on X, formerly Twitter, in response to the ruling.
He echoed those sentiments on Bannon's' show, wearing a tin foil hat before removing it and declaring, "I get to take off my tin foil hat, you know, that's what the judge said, we're not a conspiracy guy anymore."

The battleground states all exhibiting the same overnight anomalies presented reasonable motivation to investigate the chance for fraud. The justifications for dismissing the suspicions were weaker than the suspicions.
Your expectations of Lindell’s technical savvy are unfortunate.
Does that mean Eeyores?
I got the first five letters but then my acronym detector quit on me. :)

In Before The Free Republic Election Fraud Deniers...?
I like Lindell. He may be a bit unconventional but he’s a fighter.
Indeed. :)
> But he has lost all credibility on this issue as a spokesman.
Howso?
Nervous Tick was on it like a heavy sweat. :)
Oh, so I was right. Eeyores.
I see you’ve been busy engaging them here. :)
lol
He has proven quite a bit so far.
I’ve said all along they have the receipts of the fraud and hacking. They just haven’t had the right forum to present the evidence, since no one in authority wanted to see it or hear it.
I tired of Newmax tv if for no other reason because I got tired of his endless commercials.
I have one of his pillows. It works but is no better or worse than any other conventional pillow you could buy.
Way way way over hyped stuff.
I LOVE MySlippers! Wear them every day. :-)
I tried every brand pillow. My neck pain or headaches never went away. Then I tried My Pillow. All pain gone for ever.
You could start with his Cyber Symposium, the packet captures he sold as proving the hacking were a joke and proven to be nothing, he refused to pay the 5 million he put up to anyone who could prove the packet captures were fake and when someone did, Lindell refused to pay him.
A court ordered arbitration panel ruled against Lindell on the 5-million-dollar challenge, it’s still tied up in court, with Lindell still refusing to pay up.
His most recent Symposium was a plan he promised to safeguard the 2024 election, it was an even bigger joke, his plan was to fly drones around polling places that could pick up malicious wifi connections to voting machines, he’s still touting the drones as proprietary technology, which it’s not.
Anyone with off the shelf software and hardware could do the same thing and don’t need to buy his product.
Not to mention, flying drones around polling places would probably not be allowed and wouldn’t pick up any connection if they were wired into a network versus using wifi.
Lindell has repeatedly stated, he was going to expose everything about stolen elections and fraudulent voting machines, to this point, he’s not proven anything and the opposite has happened, he’s been proven to be selling fake information.
she-what?
cut it out
District Judge Amy Totenberg (nee Eisenberg) is a Obama appointed judge. Good luck with that, Lindell.
Glad to see he is still fighting
In my life it was done when Kennedy was elected. When Johnson beat Goldwater. Clinton was bring the curtain down. As was Obama.
So do the Democrats, actually. They have always used paper ballots to cheat for over a hundred years prior to electronic voting and they are very good at it.
